Wonder how Narcissus loved his reflection on the pond, 
      if longer he looked perfection he found;
wonder if the rainbow brought its majestic arch and colors,
       at play with the fish and lilies of the pond.  

Watery mirror, tell what is in the sky, and the world beyond; 
       throngs have fallen, the ideal yet to find;       
none came back to tell the imperfection of your reflection
       of a shattered cathedral from the sky. ~
