You who fish all day
while other children push the pen
catching up with the fleeting years,
treading the path of their elders;
you whose thoughts run with the currents of the river
flowing down to the sea,
and rise with the clouds into the endless sky,
where imagination is more important than knowledge;
you bring back a boy of yesterday
in a kingdom called childhood
where nobody dies,
where everything comes in time,
waiting for the fish to bite.~
